Brian Bartolucci is an experienced consulting and technology leader with over a decade of experience guiding organizations through business systems transformation, operational optimization, and technology-enabled growth. As Senior Solutions Engineer at Caravel, Brian leads the firm’s advisory practice, driving holistic business assessments that uncover process inefficiencies and technology gaps while translating complex operational challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions. He shapes go-to-market strategy, develops delivery methodologies, and designs intellectual property frameworks that strengthen Caravel’s market positioning and accelerate client transformation journeys. His work bridges strategic thinking with hands-on solution design, enabling organizations to enhance system integration, data governance, and decision-making capabilities.

Prior to Caravel, Brian’s consulting foundation was built over more than 10 years in client-facing roles spanning from Senior Associate to Director within the Management Consulting and Business Applications practices. Across that progression, he led multidisciplinary teams through system implementations, software selections, and operational redesign initiatives for clients across various industries. His work spanned the full consulting lifecycle: discovery, functional and technical requirements definition, future-state architecture design, and change management through adoption. He also coached consulting teams, led and managed strategic technology partnerships, and partnered with client executives to shape transformation strategy and support long-term operational success.
