Jordan Valley Community Health serves Southwest Missouri communities through its four clinic locations in Springfield, along with their clinics in Lebanon, Marshfield, Forsyth, Hollister and Republic, with over 600 employees. They also have six mobile units, expanding access to medical, dental and optometry care for schools and other organizations throughout the region. They offer primary medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services in a patient-centered, integrated environment. Their medical program provides services for the entire family including women’s health and pediatrics. The Jordan Valley Vision Clinic offers a full range of eye care services as well as the largest selection of Medicaid approved frames.
